    Braided hoses: New ADR rules?

Was surfing the net and came across this:
    http://www.toymods.org.au/forums/tec...egalities.html

Is this true? If so, thats great and no more of the "being ripped off" prices.

That has been around for a little bit now. Pretty glad since finding ADR-7 compliant hoses was a real pain when I was doing my brake upgrades a year or two ago.

Really? Hmm that's kinda funny cause I swear the peeps about less than a year ago told me that overseas braided hoses are not complaint and only those assembled here in Australia by certified brake specialists with the the 'special' stamp or tag on them with a code complies.

I sure hope they were only telling me fibs because it was blooding confusing and no-one seemed to know exactly whats what. Even the guys at Race Brakes Sydney said that their Goodridge brake hose supplier imports them as a kit (but still much more pricey than me importing them myself).
