Hmmmmm I dont know how you make 16inch wheels into 18 inch wheels lol
You can turn the 16X7 into a 16X8 or 16X9 etc using wider lips
Looking at buying a set of BBS RS 008's (16x7")
Is it possible to step these up using lips and make them 18" using the same centers ?
Or am I just dreaming and should start with 18"
Fitting them to my s3 8l

simple answer is no,.
I've heard of some 17" centres being used with to make 18" wheels, but this is pretty expensive, as you'd need new barrels and lips.
I think you're better off trying to find some 18" RS's to start off with,
Bugger cheap!!!!!!! Set of rs 008's in eBay!

Up for grabs?
Ask these guys, Jeremy will be able to give you an answer... I thought the 17's used the same centres as 16's (as long as they're 34 bolt) and 17's can be made into 18's, so....

The 18" BBS RS do share the same centres as the 17" BBS RS. And I've heard the 16" BBS RS share the same centre as the 17". So does that mean a 16" could be made into an 18"? Sounds about right..
Give Rotiform an email. I know they refurbed the lips on a set of BBS RS285 (18" BBS RS in BMW fitment, but the owner swapped the centres out for 5x112 centres from 17" BBS RS).
as above, im sure it could be done for the right $$.
I thought so love the rs!
U seen the new wagenwerks DVD?

Im guessing you've seen the A4 with the over sized lips? if so I believe they are the genuine 18" RS
