I will ring up monday, but as its friday night and only this evening I decided I would like a 3 door vr6, I kind of havent had chance!!

Not needing the engineering is excellent and thinking about it why would it if it came with the engine in other models anyway...!!

Hopefully I will get a good price on shipping and the seller does me a good deal...

Well I could be the owner of a met blue 3 door vr6....WATCH THIS SPACE....!!

Pretty easy to find the info mate...

    Interstate or overseas vehicle

and this bit for the mod's if they deem the engine conversion a mod !!

    Modify a vehicle

    Good luck !!
    Lots of MK 1 Scirocco's...

If it aint a MK 1 then it must be a donor car ??

    Cheers,
    Grant...

When and if you look into getting prices for transport, i can recommend CEVA - i had a car sent from Adelaide to Brisbane, it cost me $330 cos they run monthly special deals from depot to depot.

Yeah I also just had a car sent from Sydney to Brisbane with ceva, was about $420 and they told me it could be 4 days, but it only took one business day in the end. I was happy with their service.

And yeah, no engineering required or anything, I've been looking into it as there's a very high chance I soon will be doing the conversion Here in QLD I think you need to have a mechanic sign off a form thing kind of like a safety certificate saying all the running gear ect actually has been swapped over to vr6 spec as well, and then they just change the numbers. You shouldn't have to worry about any of it at all if its already been done I would assume.
