    Will these fit my R36?

    Hi All,

Can anyone please tell me if these wheels will fit my R36 wagon? and what size tyre would I need to maintain rolling diameter?

    BBS CK 20 inch - 9.5 inch wide - 5x112 PCD +36

    Any help much appreciated

    Cheers

What's the standard wheel/tyre combo on the R36?
    Nothing to see here...

Yeah, they're the same all round.
the standard rims are Omanyt 18 x 8 with 235/40/R18.

I think I might be getting a bit optimistic and have to go back a peg to 19 x 8?

On 9.5" wide 20" wheels, you'd want tyres something like 245/30R20 to 265/25R20 or thereabouts to maintain a similar rolling diameter.

I shudder to think what such tyres would cost you...

What'd be even better would be to get a mixed set, with one pair of 20x8's for the fronts and another of 20x9.5's then you'd really be in business

Considering the cost of these wheels I can't see how you couldn't get this kind of mixed set from any seller, as they probably price them individually anyway.

Yeah, quite a bit I guess but the car wasn't exactly cheap

are these those bbs wheels on ebay?

they're nice. people run them on golfs, i'm sure you wouldn't have too much of a problem.

the primary issue is whether or not you want aftermarket suspension... low + wide + large rim diameter = rubbing and clearance issues.

Yeah JayJay, I think I'm going off the idea and maybe scale back to 19's because I'm not really interested in lowering it any further, steep driveway right up to the garage sends the reverse sensors berko as it is and 20's will mean I definitely have to go lower or it'll look like a roller skate.
    damn what to do.
