The GSD3 were the old Eagle F1s and the Asymmetrics are the new version.
I believe the GSD3 is no longer manufactured, so if you plan to buy, then make sure you are getting newish stock (by checking the manufacture date on the sidewall)
the GSD3 is a great tyre and won many awards, and is still great by today's standard.
the main difference is the Asymmetric F1 is better in wet weather conditions.
I have run both tyres on my GT-P and both are highly recommended, i suspect your choice might possibly boil down to price difference
