make sure you get some quality spacers and not some cheap ones from your local supercheap
ahh the diamater of the actual wheel is 1 inch bigger, not the width...
i calculated offset by having an inch wider with an offset of 45
then if you work that out, itll be the same width as your current ones, itll just sit in another 10mm

10mm spacers will bring you back to the same relative position you have with your current wheels.
You will need Hubcentric spacers (they locate on the centre hub of the disc and have a hub themselves for your wheel) to ensure that they are located by the hub and not the wheel bolts. You may also need longer wheelbolts due to the fact that they will have to extend another 10mm before they screw into the hub.

Sorry to hijack a thread but I thought spacers were illegal in some states?

tickets is one thing, the bigger risk is if you have a car accident, and a resulting insurance claim, then on inspection, the insurance company will use the illegal spacers as a technicality to deny your claim.
even worse if you have a 3rd party liability and another party claims against you for $$$MM (injury costs, you run into a piece of property etc, again, your insurance won't cover it, and the cash comes out of your pocket
