wheels for my MK1?????

There doesnt seem to much for me to choose from in the way of new wheels for my 81 mk1 pictures of the car here:

What size should i go?? are 16's too big and should i stick to 15's?

definitely not! it would help the car to have "period" style wheels, a classic design... do some research on demonvwphotos.co.uk check a few out

and yes 15" will be good, and you could also fit 16's too

To be honest, i think they look awful and don't fit the style of the car at all.
What did you think of the ones posted earlier?

i am really after 15's at the least preferably 16's. liked the steel rims, but again too small and they were in sydney anyways. who would have thought it would be so difficult to pick some rims or even find some. please help me people!

If you look overseas there are heaps (US and UK ebay)

It is purely becasue so many australian's have an infaturation with the falcodore's so there are few aftermarket wheels here for other alternatives.
4x100 bolt patterns are hard to find at the best of time.

Just keep an eye out on ebay and the for sale section of this site and you will get some eventually.
