    Wheels for '09 Polo Pacific

    Hey all,

I'm trying to get a set of 17's for my new Polo and haven't had much joy with retailers!

Can anyone recommend a decent tyre/ wheel shop in Brisbane that may be able to help? Also, what is the stud pattern on the 09 Polo. I keep getting bounced between 5x100 and 5x112.

Will WRX std 17's go onto my car?

As you can see, I need help!

    Thanks!

    hey mate, how are things?

the 2009 polo should be a 9n3... it's not the one that was released just this year, is it?

if it IS the 9n3 (most likely will be), then these are the specs you are after:

    stud pattern: 5x100
    centerbore size: 57.1mm
offset: between 32mm and 45mm, ideally.

that should help you a little.

as for wheels, what's your price range? tirerack.com have a lot of good looking wheels (from good brands) for damn cheap.

Many standard liberty and WRX rims are around +53, for 7-8" rims.
Forester rims have a slightly lower offset (closer to +45)

    Centrebore is slightly different too.

Look for Audi A3, S3 and TT rims. They fit well and have good offsets.

I will likely be selling my TT Wheels in the coming month, feel free to make an offer.
