    They sure look awesome.

Or would you rather we convince you they look **** so you can do without?

rayray086 is spot on, Its what I'ce ended up doing myself, My fronts went from 1.5 to 1inch and dialed some camber with 175 tyre, the problem I then had was the wall hight and I couldn't get a smaller profile so ended up fitting a 165 tyre.

This weekend my mates shut his garage up and I'm nicking a ramp which means I get to play dialing the suspension to the floor and then wind it up,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

but running 165 tyres presents the problem of accelerating/braking/turning corners without any conviction. that thing scrabbles for traction with 195s as is. it's not too bad with 205s, but any wider and even more problems..

Yup, traction is king. I can spin the brand new Bridgestone 195s in 3rd in the dry, so I really want to goto a 205/50/15.
You can get semi slicks in that size too
I need to take the wheels to a few gun wheel places. You reckon Neales Wheels you blokes??

everything is possible, first up bro i would think about machining the hubs(main criteria here is depth of the pcd area and solidness of this area), see wal at neale wheels, to make the spacer idea work you would have to have something machined and could get pricey to do well, what size are the wheels??i have some 18" lips floating around

    They are only 15s.
I met Peter today at OzWheels, have total faith in him after seeing his work and factory.
He is gonna heat up the hoop and freeze the centre and put a circle in, then weld and polish and drill so that we can mount the centre.
I reckon he is onto it. He can also make any width lips and offset wheels you like and repair any rims.
He was very knowledgeable and I am confident he will do a great job. I`ll let you know how it pans out.
I put the race slicks on until they are done and damn, my car is fast

Interested to see the result. Will he be taking pics of the process though?
