Since many late model VWs have very limited front end adjustment (pretty much only toe adjustment) but also have slack built into the subframe mounts (though oversized bolt holes), the only way to get a perfect alignment is to loosen off the subframe mounts and shift the subframe so that camber and castor are equal.
Does anyone know of anywhere in Melbourne (preferably SE) where they will do this as part of a wheel alignment?
