    Red face Tyre Conumdrum

    Urgent advuce needed!!!!
I need to get set of tyres for the Little Beastie before Xmas size 185/60r14.
I am looking at Falken ziex ze329 or Bridgstone G Grid II. Any advice, input would be greatly appreciated.
The current set of front tyres have plenty of rubber left but i got told by the firm that used to sell them, that they don't anymore re sidewall failure and customer complaints.Barum Bravurius are the tyres in question. Has anyone heard of this?

Don't believe everything you hear from a tyre shop!
These are the same retards that damage your car when jacking it up, lose your wheel nuts, tighten the wheel nuts to 300nm, forget to put the valves in and tell you that Australian made tyres are good.

If it's for the passat then Nexen N2000's will be cheap/adequate!

Thanks for the advice so far. I neglected to mention Iwould be getting a good price on both brands of $99 dollars per tyre, a saving between $20 and $30 per tyre.

Got the Falkens before Xmas went to Dubbo running 40psi on both front and rears and the performed fantasticly well. Just got back from a drive to Young again the were great. Haven't had much of a go in the wet as yet, so I will keep all posted. Sorry should have followed up earlier.
