Suspension differences - Mk5 to Mk6 Golf

Do anyone know if they made changes to the suspension between the mk5 GTI to mk6 GTI?

Hey mate, can't help you myself, but giving a free "bump", as I'm keen to know as well.
Very often see Mk5 advertised a bit cheaper than Mk6, so would be great to find out.

no physical change (you can swap components between the two models) but there were slight differences in spring rates & damper tune. Not enough to worry too much about.
