    Stock wheel restoration

    Hi all,
I'm doing a big wheel restoration + paint in a couple of weeks. Everything seems to be in order at the moment EXCEPT finding a suitable filling putty for curb damaged alloys.
In the US they have a product that you cake on, apply hardening paste, and sand off. (Bondo) This must be strong and suitable to paint over.
Does anyone know what I could use for this? I need to know it'll definitely work.
I look at my V-Dub, and all I can think is....."Dat Ass....."

    Yeah I've seen that, thanks.
I'm just seeing if anyone has had experience with specific products. MCM are great, but I don't know about the longevity of the product they used, and how well the paint holds over it.

I'll probably end up using it though, and post results for future lurkers!
