    Thanks Jarred...I think.... :p Should have the fourth barrel to the same stage as the other 3 on monday and because ive left one of the better ones till last it should hopefully come up pretty quickly and ill manage to start the other 3 lips. Going to try and get the four barrels and the four lips all to the same stage then go through them a bit more logically next week moving towards hopefully building them next thursday....

    I have to take friday off to do some remedial work on the corrado as I think next weekend im swapping it with an S3 to use as a base for my mk1

    hahaha,cheers mate


    finished off the last barrel to the end of the coarse compound stage


    2" stainless steel lip face,still some slight press line marks and ive ran them on the RS's and on the executives(through winter :problem: )


    2.5" lip stainless steel lip reverse,press lines and age and use related marks...


    2.5" st.st. face after coarse compound and various shaped tight stitched mops


    2.5" st.st. reverse after V.coarse compound on a sisal mop then coarse compound on tight stitched mops


    all four lips front/reverse to coarse compound on a burst up tight stitch mop
