Recalibrate Speedo on Transporter - 2011

I have recently changed my tyres from 235x55-17 TO 235x65-17 as well upgraded my springs. My question is I like to recalibrate my speedo to suit the bigger tyres, like to take speedo forward by approx 10% to be back on the safe side of the law. Is it done by the plug in computer control panel ?

It will probably still be ok as most VW speedos are at least 7kph fast at 100kph anyway

USe this and it will tell you the difference Wheel-Tire size comparer - RIMSnTIRES.com

Then get a GPS and go for a drive and see what it says against your speedo

Only some models can be altered with software There will be 7% difference and those tyres would be illegal in QLD at least Dont know about Mexico
