I'm going to assume you bought the BBS wheels as fitted to a subaru liberty B4. If that's the case then the offset will be high and depending on your type of mkiv then brake clearance may be an issue. Also, the wheels will sit quite a fair way in the wheel wells and look pretty sad.
There are other wheels worth your effort/time/money.

Depends on how much you paid for them and whether after the added expense of reboring they're still a good purchase. I recently had stud holes widened from 12mm (jap spec) to 14mm for $140. This was justifiable as the wheels were cheap when purchased and are still sellable for more than the investment.
If you don't plan on treating them as a commodity and genuinely like the design and how they fit then keep them.

Dunno. I only know MkV/VI fitments. Best to ask in the MKIV area or Wheels area. Work it all out first or it will be an expensive mistake

I used to think I was anal-retentive until I started getting involved in car forums

$500 for them with 80% tread all round so i think its a bargain if not i can just resell for more.

You will need at least 10mm spacers to clear the struts I reckon, still won't look that greasy though. A 30-40mm spacer would get them sitting kindaflush lol
