For the shocks to work Wade you need some suspension travel. How low you got it now ??? maybe wind it up a bit bud
BTW got some V3's heading this way...![]()
Has anyone ever had any problems with KW knocking and banging over bumps?
I have V2 inox lines in the mk2 and at first it was just the drivers side front but now one of the rears and occasionally the left front make a rattling sound with any sudden vertical movement over bumps.
I've taken them out and checked, cant see anything, i've replaced the strut top mounts and bearings but still the maddening noise continues.
When i jack the car off the ground and shake and pull the front wheels around i cant reproduce the sound.
It sounds a bit like its hitting the strut towers and when its a heavy bump i can sometimes feel a knock in the pedals...
Anyone had any similar issues?
Cheers

hmm v3!!
Its not a question of travel or whether or not they work. There's plenty of movement there and they're designed to drop way lower than the car will allow.
it doesnt seem to even make a difference how hard/soft you set them. Just rattle, rattle, rattle all the way home!
Did you finish Antons car?
