Like I warned you before Lorenz...

If you don't paint them black I'll hunt you down on my BICYCLE and feed your balls to my skidding tyres...

....And proceed to paint your wheels in front of your face

Yeah thats what I used... 8 months on and no flaking, and that was even with generic body paint. If you do the prep right, grease/silicone free and its dry you should be fine with whatever paint you use.

I think the license suspension is starting to come into effect Yeah you can't go wrong with black, particularly since you have such a light coloured car.

98% prep, 2% spraying. the better the surface, the better the paint will adhere/look/remain. =]. i should know, my car is dodgy paint central.

i vote black with polished lips and nuts. or black nuts. depends on how you like your nuts.

Voted Silver black centres might look better but your wheels will look tiny. Look at Orr's 16's, great rims but don't look like 16's and that's on a biza only gonna look smaller on a mk3...

Only ten weeks or so to go...

    Damn the arse-t-a to hell!

Ahem..anyways. I do somewhat agree with Robin actually. Your wheels will look small...but on the other hand they'll go awesomely with your light coloured car, and if you polish those lips they'll look shmick as so I still reckon DOO EEEEETTTTTT

Lorenz, did they come with the centrecaps???

I reckon keep them silver if you have the centrecaps. I've seen cars around with replicas of those wheels and they're the type of classic wheel that should stay silver!
