Ok I trial fitted them to both cars.
They're going to work but they will need spacers.
Shown here with 20mm spacers
On the car with vented discs the boss on the inside of the wheel hits the caliper right near the centre of the wheel.
On the other car the caliper hits the back of the spokes.
The wheels are et44, I think if I space them back 6mm to ET38 they'll clear ok . Some more precise measuring will be required but it's certainly easily achieved.
The harder issue to solve will be the hub centric spacer. The inside of the bore doesn't have square edges, it's a series of bevels. I think it can be done but copying the profile is going to push my limited turning skills to the limit. I'll have to put my thinking cap on.
It'll be a while before I sort it out, it's going to take a while to clean them up properly anyway.
