I'm currently going to run Koni struts with Ground Control sleeves running 300/250 lb F/R Eibach springs. They will be height adjustable from 0"-2.5" so they will be ideal for street and/or track. They're being sent from America right now; I have heard from many sources that they are great on the autocross as you can custom order the spring rates. Eibach makes them specifically for the GC kit. The Konis are damper adjustable.

I'll be getting a Neuspeed rear sway bar from Rennenhaus - I'm holding this off until some time next year. I've been quoted in the high $300 range for the 25mm one. There's also a 28mm available. They come with drop links and polyurethane bushings for their joints and are three-step adjustable (from 288-376 lb quoted from website). Neuspeed has front sway bars as well, but I'm thinking of just using the standard sway bar.

I've got an Eibach flat strut bar waiting in my room to go on. Picked it up for a very good price from Steve. Waiting til I can be bothered relocating the coolant bottle before I fit it on. Not expecting much difference with it on though, but it looks awesome haha.

I don't know what to do with the bushings and mounts. I might just use the stock ones as the car's a daily driver. The car has yet to see the track/skidpan but I'd like to have a go at autocross!

    One word: STaSIS

Perhaps another two to go with it: Bank Robbery.

In all seriousness though, I'm researching this myself but for a Mk3 VR6. So far nuespeed sway + strut bars, KW coilover suspension and possibly prothane bushings are the go. Not sure with the bushes though. Must research more.

What about brakes too? I know after a run at the mountains the stock brakes arent up to much. Even new rotors and pads wouldnt hurt but a vr6 brake swap would be ideal and easy to do.

    Brakes?

DBA Slotted rotors + Ferodo DS2500 pads. They'll suffice for your weekend warrior track days.

I just put some KW's in, and will also order a 25mm Neuspeed bar. They are not that expensive and the Aussie dollar is doing so well.

Did control arm bushes and also need to do tie rod ends.
Dont think there is that much more I can do, it comes down to getting it set up right, which I am having a real hard time finding someone who knows what they are doing.

Getting onto the brakes, if it is not a VR6, well your not going to be going that quickly lol. Why dont you look at putting VR6 brakes on it, means you will have to change to a 5X100 stud pattern. So many people wrecking VR6's on here

Exactly what I'm doing right now hehe. My head was thinking more towards the 5 lug pattern than the better stopping power though when I first got them.
