Fronts will probably work out. Rear will be super low.
Hi.
I had a set of damper adjustable KONI's in my old Golf Mk2 GTI.
Was wondering if the springs will fit directly onto the mk3 struts? A friend wants to lower his mk3 Vento and i was hoping the Koni springs from my mk2 setup will go straight into his car ok??
Cheers,
Wade

Just springs?
Heya Loon, do the Vento's have a different rear spring/strut setup to a golf?
Cheers

is it a vr6 or just a 4cyl? the vr6 would have much stiffer spring rates in the front so i dont think mk2 fronts would be the best subsititute. mk2 and mk3 shocks are relatively interchangable from what i've learnt.
why aren't they going into your 20v mk2?
87' MK2 GTI
13' MK7 TDI
Its just a 4cyl Vento. He's keeping the standard shocks for now but just wanst to lower it so i thought i could give him the springs from the koni set. The koni shocks are rooted. Collapsed fronts and will be too $$$$ to rebuild. I'm gonna get KW V3's instead
NOTHING is going to go faster than my GTI around Barbagallo!!
