Coilovers all the way mate, that is if your budget can go there. Friends have had them in their cars for years and rate them highly....

Coilovers by far - KW V2s imo, think theres a special running for VW WC members atm.
man why would you want to lower your MK5?! Enjoy the ride as it is for a while, seems like a waste to me...or you gonna sell on the stock suspension.....
i would have thought that the R32 suspender and stockings would be great!
Let me know what its like!
There great but you can't beat coilovers on handling and suspension, especially on a r32!
Dave is correct http://www.inmotive.com.au//index.ph...id=25&Itemid=1 speak to Dragan he can tell you about the specials
I'm soo euro even my missus is shaved...
Steve what suspenders you got on your VR6?
I put KW V2's but I did my homework first make sure you do that. I tried Koni, KW and H&R and overall I found that the KW were alot better price, performance and features! Well thats the three main things that I had in my head anyway
Back on topic though fellas

Hi Ninzi, I am about to go the Koni coilover route on my mk5 GTI. I have always been more than satisfied with Konis for reliability and the fact that they are adjustable. If they ever need it, they can be rebuilt or revalved which isnt a huge expense. Ride is firmer but definately easy to live with. The GTIs can go down 60 m/m if wanted too!
The cost was a also a nice surprise to me as well.I am not sure if they are producing R32 kits yet.
Cheers, Andrew
