Kumho KU39s, any good?

Hey guys,
Has anyone has tried out Kumho KU39s? They look decent, was wondering if they perform okay, how noisy, longevity etc.?

I run the ku36 on fronts noisey as hell and soon as boost comes on in wet all over the shop but in the dry they really stick well Im thinking I might run on rear wheels also, I drive my car fairly hard everyday an I've had them for 3 months and they have definatly worn a bit but like I said I drive my car hard every day

Assuming you are looking at 225/45r17? (I have sigs turned off & don't know what car you have). KU39 are $145 at my local tyre place.

Toyo Proxes CF1 are cheaper.

Michelin PS3 are only $23/ tyre more (and worth every penny).

ContiMaxContact5 are $15 more and that's before looking at 4 for 3 deals on offer at some dealers.

Bridgestone are about the same price.

KU36 are garbage compared to the KU39 and arent on the same level at all

KU39 are a great tyre, i found that they get sloppy once you've gotten a lot of heat into them though so you have to becareful once they start to get hot. but otherwise they are quiet, last a long time and perform quite well so long as you dont push them too hard.

personally i'd stretch the budget and get the Michelin PS3 like brad suggests as all round they are a better tyre in every aspect, otherwise if budget is tight the KU39 is still a really good tyre

I had KU39 on my IS250, good tyres when new, and gets noisy after around 20k kms, as Brad suggested, get the PS3 or Conti
