Hey guys,

I'm replacing the CV boots on the left side after damaging both inner & outer on removal of drive shaft, whilst I'm at it I would like to check the wear on the cv joint; problem is I can’t get the balls out so I can check it out.

I've read the technical article on removing the CV joint & the guy reckons it should just drop out. I didn’t modify the CV joint bolt like he does; don’t know if that has anything to do with it?

So what’s the go???
