I think Eibach will get you ~25mm lower whereas H&R ~40mm lower... I went the Eibach way, slightly milder result (i was born to be mild! ), but still a noticeable handling & visual effect. I pulled into a dealership a little while back & a salesman immediately came up & asked "have you had that lowered, or is it just the wheels?"
