I just had 4 x 225/40r18 Asymmetric 2's fitted by Croydon Goodyear for $630 they are on special till the end of the month if anyone is in the market. Awesome price and great service by Rubal.

Thanks to Rubal for hooking me up with some 235/35/19's Asymmetric 2's for my Golf R at an awesome price. Ordered Friday delivered via TNT on Monday. Outstanding service !

Excuse my ignorant, may I ask the differences between genuine and parallel import? does it mean the tyres are covered by Goodyear Australia should there be warranty issue?

Under Australian consumer law, warranty is the responsibility of the retailer - ie: they can't fob you off to the manufacturer and say "it's not my problem". It lessens the risk of using a parallel import.

The prices still current Rubal?. I'm assuming the 4 for 3 tyre deal doesnt apply?

Just ordered a set of (4) Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3's 225/40R18 92Y XL from Rubal for the Charleston's.
What an easy process (and FANTASTIC PRICE), now just tracking my order with TNT - hopefully should have them in a couple of days...

Nice. I've just received mine (235/35/19) from the guys in Melbourne, only took about 3 days to turn up. The prices on the same tyres up here in Brisbane are insane. Its cheaper to buy 2 from Melbourne and include shipping than it is to buy 1 of them locally (even from a Goodyear dealer).
