I've got the same spring kit as you and my left rear sits about half a finger width lower than my right rear.
I'm not worried.
i lowered(30mm) my MK6/2.0TDI on Eibach pro kit Springs last week, the gap/height between wheel arch & tyre of the front left/passenger side is approx 5mm higher than the front right/driver side. rear springs are fine. i did not measure the stock height before. the shop installer says difference within 10mm is fine. any one else has the same issue?

5mm is no big deal, it will all change when you sit in it anyway....
My build thread here: 1.6 sr into 1.8T http://www.vwwatercooled.org.au/foru...-8t-63249.html
as above. its not a big deal 5mm.
it could even be your car rather then the springs... cars arent always mirrored in the body work
but in his case the discrepancy will be greater when he gets in because it's already lower on the driver side.
the springs will settle, so i'd wait a lil while longer and then measure again.
aesthetically, it will be very hard to tell the difference (i used to measure and re measure all the time with my "lowering" spring kit, and even though it was the same height on both rear sides, i still had this thing in my head that convinced me that it was lower on the driver side, because of engine/driver weight), but if it's lower on the driver side even WITHOUT you sitting in the car, it's technically going to mean that more weight is on the driver front tyre (especially once you're in the car), and that the car will be slightly unbalanced for spirited driving/ track work.
also, like what dylan said, it could be your car - even with my coilovers raised 7mm higher on the driver side to compensate for when im sitting in the car (im HEAVY), it still looks like the passenger side gap is greater when looking at the car from the outside.
im just outlining all the anal, technical stuff... at the end of the day, the other guys are right - it wont make much difference in terms of driveability etc. i wouldnt stress too much (unless you are OCD about this stuff like i am - not from a "stance" point of view, but from a balance one, not that your car's going to be noticeably unbalanced).
If you want to be anal, you could get the installers to swap the front springs so that the more common loaded side isn't lower when actually driving.
But the springs shouldn't settle/sag - only crap spring sag and Eibach (or whoever makes their springs) should have preset the springs as part of the manufacturing process.

Actually went to the dealership & found out that the New cars in the showroom 2.0TDI were lower on front driver side. even 2 brand new GTI's were the same, if not worse. One of the mechanic told me its because of the weight of the engine, as its 3/4 sitting on the driver side. also did the wheel alignment at the dealership, even after lowering it 30mm its all within factory specs.
now i am going to JUST change the Rear sway bar to H&R 22mm. 24mm will be overkill if i don't change the front one too. I want to avoid changing the front one, as its a big job according to installers. the car is just for everyday use, any comments welcome. thanks

I've changed my F&R anti roll bars to whiteline adjustable and what a big difference they made. Very happy with the way it handles now!
Your right about the front bar being a big job! The sub frame has to be lowered. 2hrs labour.
My factory front anti roll bar was 24mm(mine is a sport pack model) and the whiteline that went in was 24mm too, so I'm not sure if I wasted my money on the front bar or not?
