front and rear swaybars on a mk1 golf

    hi all
Im new to the forum and was wondering, if i put a front and rear swaybar on a mk1 golf will it pick up either of the rear wheels when i go around a corner? because i heard that it will pick up the out side rear wheel when i go round a corner.

    thanks in advance
    Tim

Depends on a lot of things like tyres, how fast you're going, the camber of the road etc etc, but yes it is possible.

Mate u can pick up the inside rear wheel if the its nice n stiff... Also yes u can corner real hard and pick up the outside wheel...

28mm rear bar but u also gota have suspension to suit...

Yeah no probs... Get a 28mm one on the rear... Nuespeed, autotech, whiteline etc are all good...

    bars..

Use to pick up the inside rear on my rocco ( A1 chassis) with factory GTI sway bars when doing track play years ago.. all without much effort.
    Lots of MK 1 Scirocco's...

If it aint a MK 1 then it must be a donor car ??

    Cheers,
    Grant...
