How did you go with the FK Silverline non shock adjustable coilovers?
Is it alot stiffer compare to stock R32 suspension?
I'm considering of getting for my MKV R32..
Hey all,
Ive decided to bite the bullet and get some coilovers. Im really only wanting to be able to drop the car and give it a firmer ride for some track work, which is only occassional. So ive been looking around and i originally wanted some Koni Sport Coilovers, but these seem very pricey and quite hard to find. So ive looked into the FK Silverline non shock adjustable ones for my MK5 R32. It also says these are adjustable to 35-65mm but they can go alot more. So does anyone on here have these or can give me some info into the quality etc??
Im thinking about getting them from ECS Tuning for $950 and also with a set of cross drilled rotors for $250 and then $300 for the shipping, which all up is alot cheaper then buying all this stuff new here.

I have the FK Silverline X adjustable coilovers.
The reason I purchased them is because I wanted to lower the car a lot. However, they are a bit firm for my liking. I think if you aren't interested in slamming the car there are better coilovers out there. I'd look at the HPA SHS coilover which are US$1,095.
