Hey guys, trying to buy a set of wheels for my impending skoda wagon purchase..... Was going to go some factory bentley wheels... But I think 19x9 all round won't be right for the amount of klms i do.
So I'm stuck on the esm 002 wheels in 18x8 front and 18x9.5 rear. Anyone used them? Or is anyone running the 9.5 wheels on the rear of there vw/skoda? It will be slammed.... I just don't want rubbing problems!
I wont get into the fake wheels thing again...
will depend on height, tyre size, offset.
normally proper lows, width, go hand in hand with rubbing.
best way to tell if it will fit.
go out to your car, get a tape measure/ruler and measure from the closest internal point (usually the strut) to the guard.
if your going 9.5" wheels, it actually means you need 10.5"s of room (9.5" wheels are actually 10.5" overall)
I know bluefrog has some 9" wheels on his skoda sometimes, might be worth getting him involved in this thread to see how much room he has out back
