225 40 18 & 18x8 offset +45, you will rub on hard cornering unless you do fender screw mod.
235 40 18 tyres will just make it rub more frequent.
$250 delivered is cheap, but labour to fit them professionally would be >$350 + wheel alignment cost.

And with the fender screw mod? I've already done it. The 235's rub at the back and not at all on the front.
