theres no way in the world a 195 would fit on that bead! that rim is like 15x16" wide wheel

I dont think that was actually built and put on a car like that. As said above, it's two inner barrells. They've just put them together like that for the sake of a photo.

And a 195 on that.... effing LOL. I've got a 205 stretched on an 8" wheel....not huge stretch but the lips stick out further the tyres. The one in that photo is at least 15" wide.
