    Hey Guys,

I spoke to a suspension place today and was quoted $1850 for 4 Koni reds + Eibach springs, fitted.

I thought that was a bit pricey, what do you guys think?

Can anyone recommend a place or somewhere to import them from?

    Hey guys,

I have done a bit more research and found that mjmautohaus ships internationally, I priced a set of Koni sport shocks with a suspension rebuild kit...

    OEM sway bar bushings
    Heavy duty strut mounts
    Tie-rod set, right and left
    OEM strut mount bearings
Right and left ball joint set
Meyle ball joints, front and rear
    HD control arm bushings (4-piece)
KONI Sport shocks, front and rear

    $742.95

    Neuspeed SofSport® Springs
1" drop in front height and 0.3" drop in rear height (which is what I was aiming for to fill the front wheel well gap).

    $199.95

    United States Postal Service (1 x 62lbs)
    Priority Mail International (6 - 10 Days)

    $254.25

    Total

    $1197.15 US
    ~$1273.66 AUD

I may do the install myself + bently manual, or go to my uncles workshop and get his help.

    There is also

    Bilstein
    BTS Spring and Shock Kit

    $659.95

    PSS Coilover Kit

    $974.95

With the current value of the Aussie dollar, these prices don't seem so bad. The shipping is expected... The local place wanted $2250 for Koni reds + Eibach springs + a rear sway bar all fitted but without new mounts, bushes...

If I am going to save around $500 (depending on what I choose) I'd rather spend a weekend and do it myself.

Feedback would be really appreciated guys!

    Cheers,
    Mark

Sounds like a good course of action, Mark. I believe you'll be very happy with Koni's, as are most people. I definitely think you should do it yourself, as it's not a very hard job (so I'm told and still have yet to discover) so you can have fun installing and driving over a weekend to get the best effect of your own install
