    Converting to studs and nuts

hey just wondering any downside issues I should be aware of when converting from bolts to studs?

I'll have to run studs and nuts to use the 15mm adaptors for my new wheels.

any advice, abuse, sexual innuendoes welcome.

yeah I was looking at those Driven Performance adaptors you put me on to then realised I'll need to run studs cos if I use the standard bolts on the adaptor they might not sit flush enough to let the wheel mount.

Though they might just sit in the scalloped parts of the wheel so might be alright.

already will be running 20mm of poke can't go up to 25mm adaptors.

You will have no problems I did this with the mk1 with the hotwires no probs at all.

Even when the mk3 had the porsche wheels off the adaptors I was rolling around fine

    NICE!!

My fronts are 20mm adapters with no scallops so im stressing about that, more then the 15mm adapters on wheels with scallops.

What suspension will you be coulping this with?
I assume that the poke means a high chance you will rub on the lip?

already rubbing with a full car load

will probably end up running narrower tires which will help.

on h&r and saggy stock shocks though, looking into stiffer lower spring too.
