    Coilover questions

I found these on eBay and wondered what your thoughts are people.
The quality does not look to bad. Price seems ok too. I had H&R on the last Golf and they were great. But not keen to spend $1000s, Let me know what you think or if you can recommend something else for a mk2 Golf/Jetta....LVD

    "Highgrade car-specific suspension kit

    Coil-over lowering: 40-85 mm / 1.575-3.346 inches

The range of adjustment gives an individual body lowering

    Huge transverse force stress

The adjustment will happen in built-in status!

All parts are German TUV approved and fully road legal in Germany. We advice a professional installation.

The delivery includes 4x suspension incl. all springs, adjustment key and TUV certificate."

    Check out German Car Performance:
    http://www.germancarperformance.com/...it-p-1133.html

They are a site sponsor and it's where I got my coilovers from (and have been very happy). It also turns out cheaper (excluding shipping) that what you will be paying on FleeBay. And thats before you email and ask for a better VWWC price!

    289.00 EUR = 464.049 AUD

The only thing I didn't like was that my set (and probably these) didn't come with a key/tool thing, but $20 at the local pedders fixed that.

Check out this place on ebay.

    http://stores.ebay.com/goingfast-eurocustoms.

I got my MKIV H&R sport springs delivered to my door for $300.00AU.
Contact them via ebay to see if they can get the springs for your Mk2.
With the US exchange rate now at about 93, it would not be too expensive to have them shipped over.
    Cheers
