    Yup, H&R coilover set Mk1 golf. Don't know where to get a new one.. Any ideas?

    You shouldn't be adjusting them under any load ever. You rarely need the C-spanners - if you do, just get some from a DMS/Drummond dealer

    Thanks alot for your input. I know not to adjust them with load on them that would be a stupid idea. I just needed the replacement c spanners thats all. Thanks again... Low

    I remember coming across a user on VWvortex (American) that fabricates all kinds of coilover adjusting spanners. If I come across his posts again I'll link his email here.
