    cheap coilovers for mk1 2 3 golfs

    I come across these coilovers on ebay !! they are tuningworld here is the web page . I contacted them last week for postage and they replied back with 40$ to austalia , perth , sounds good to me , is anyone running these ?

    yep double checked that one , $40 posted i know sounds too cheap . i might make sure with them again , if thats the price im buying them

    They quoted you a price, they are obligated to back that up.

    Shipping them for $40 bucks will be via Afghan camel, will take months to get here..
    Lots of MK 1 Scirocco's...

    If it aint a MK 1 then it must be a donor car ??

    Fine for street use, and its not like everything else isn't already on the way out on an older car anyway i.e. bushings, wheel bearings etc...

    Harsh damper rates will always make an older car suffer though as I've seen recently (not on my car, I'm riding softer struts haha).

    Ask a mate to go for a ride in a dub with Hottuning coilovers. These will be the same, so you can have a feel for what they're like! I find them very harsh but I'm a pansy that can't hack Sydney roads

    The roads are generally good in the metro area around perth , so im sure they would be ok , can only give it a go !!! and my car isnt moving too far so have plenty of time to wait , will keep everyone informed in how long it takes ect....
