Centre bore increase

I've got some steels which need the centre bore increased from 54mm to 57.1mm.

Will a tyre and wheel mob be able to do this for me, or do i need to take them to engineers/fabricators?

Any suggestion in the Brisbane/Clayfield area?

I just took my wheels to a wheel customisation place (drwheels here on the gold coast, run by one bloke) to bore out the centres. From memory is cost me $70 to do all 4. Another place wanted to charge me $200+, so make sure you shop around.
