Anyone tried Kumho Ecsta SPT tyres?

    Hey Guys,
Been doing some reading up on the Kumho Ecsta SPT tyre and they seem pretty good, anyone had any experiences with them?

    Cheers

Just fitted Kuhmo Ecsta SPT KU31 tyres to my mk4 golf. They seem very good, not as noisy as I had expected either. I would have preferred the KU19 as its not directional cutting down on noise even further.

What size and where do you plan to buy them from? I got a killer deal on mine through the drift scene. PM for details.

    I have ku31s on my 19s.
No real complaints from me. Seem to be relatively grippy. Although after 8000kms the fronts are showing a fair bit of wear. Perhaps i need to drive a bit more gently

I've asked for a price on those size tyres, in a ku31. Will let you know how I go.

If not could get 245 45 18s which works out to be pretty much the same size.

yeah we have KU31 (17") on our car. reports are they get noisier as the tread waers lower. They were reasonably cheap at $150 each from Tempe tyres.
