    Anyone know ...

... where I can get wheels like this?

The pic actually comes from the ABT tuners site in Germany ... and I believe they are ABT wheels ... but I don't want to go to all the trouble of importing them. Anyone know of an ABT agency in Oz?

Cheers, Mate ... thanks for the info. Maybe they'll have something similar that will fit a Pog.

I've seen an Audi in a magazine with those wheels - it was on the new TT. Maybe they're Audi wheels? I'll do a bit of a search.

Edit: Oops sorry, didn't realise you have found them.

But I know there is an up-and-coming shop/distributor here in Sydney that will be bringing in ABT Sportsline stuff. Their website is http://www.eurocardriver.com/ - I got to talk to the owner, Paul, at the VW Nats a few weeks ago. I told him about these forums and the potential of a big Aussie watercooled VW scene, but I've yet to see him sign up and post. Possibly give him an email about those wheels?

... problem is ... some much to buy ... so much to do. Chip, exhaust, swaybar(s), suspension, brakes, body enhancements $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Big question is ... how do I hide it all from my wife?

    Cheers,

    I guess I could say ...

... that my next contract doesn't pay so well ... salt away several 000s and get it done. I mean ... she'd hardly notice, would she?

"What sort of car do we have, Dear?"

    "It's white."

"Quite right, Dear ... white it is."

"It seems to be noisier than before."

"Maybe your hearing is improving ... dïdja think of that?"

"What are those bulgy bits along the side?"

"They were always there ... you just can't have noticed."

"It feels lower to the ground than I remember."

"Hate to say it, Dear ... but we all shrink with age ... about .04ml over forty I believe."

"But we've only had the car a year."

"Raise the seat a little ... there ... is that better?"

"Much ... thanks. You must have left it down after you used it last."

    "That'll be it."

    "I'm sure it's noisier ...
