If you haven't found a repairer yet there is a guy in Punchbowl. The business is called Magman. I can't remember the guys name, but he's a fitter and turner by trade, and now only repairs and resprays wheels. Gutter rash is gone for about $50 a wheel, and cracked wheels are done for about $85. All repairs are done on a lathe, so not only are the faces checked, but the entire wheel is also checked for buckles, or running out of round.
Google Magman and you should find he gets mentioned on a lot of car forums without a bad word. That's how I found him a couple of years ago. He doesn't advertise, because he doesn't have to. I've used him twice. Once to refurbish a set of Walkinshaws, and when my missus rashed the near rear side wheel of her then one week old Golf. I can't recommend him highly enough for first class workmanship at an affordable price. He's a top bloke as well.
