    185/60r14 tyres

Hello, Im in need of a new set of tyres for my vento and was wondering if anyone knew any good ones in 185/60r14's??
I was really hoping for the GS-D3's but I just found out they dont make them in my size

Any ideas which tyres could be as good?

    thanks

    Welcome to the forum ventogirl.

What price range are playing with.

If around $130 a tyre, I'd go for the BFGoodrich G Force Sport. They make them in that size & are good bang for your buck.

The only down fall is they're directional style tyres.

For another good tyre in that size I'd go the Michelin Energy XM1. Not directional but maybe abit dearer.

Both these tyre' don't look too bad either ie. look like rally or 4WD style tyres.

Our Golf CL is in need of 4 tyres (185/60X14). I'd love to go with Pirelli, but I'll see how the $$$ are. I will also have to get the steel rims powdercoated as well, so that will take another $200.

I am seriously looking at 195/60x14. The Mk 3 has always looked under-tyred at the front, this may work a bit better.
