Unfortunately couldn't attend GAD this year, so instead did my own spring cleaning . Started at the front and worked my way back. Before I knew it it was afternoon and had only started on one wheel.

Had to polish it in garage as the midday sun was attracting way too much heat.

So I took a break from watching Bathurst on the w/e and decided to tick off another job on the to do list. For quite a while now, I’ve had the oil sensor workshop warning pop up. This only really happened upon start up and would then go away. I knew the levels were fine so just ignored it.

As I don’t have the VCDS/VAG-COM for reading fault codes, I wanted to firstly suss out the sensor to see if it was dirty/broken etc.
Long story short, sensor was all clean and fine.

So I simply unplugged it, turned on ignition, turned off again, plugged back in and turned on and it worked.

    So far so good
