VW Bora V5 - Oettinger

Can anyone provide some info on the Oettinger sports kits fitted to the Bora, where they factory fitted..? was there any upg to suspenion on these models..? 2001 Bora V5..Cant seem to find alot of information. Cheers. .

looks like its got the works on the outside.
bora sports wheels instead of oettinger tho...
and front valance looks standard rather then a oettinger?
what grille does it have?
oettinger pedals?

dont think there was any change in suspension... that rear valance, side skirts and spoiler all seem to be oettinger gear tho!

also door trims should be white with chrome as per front and rear bumper...
havnt seen any all black plastics on a bora in aus before. normally painted with chrome or on a few models it seems just painted...

I had my suspicions that it may have been an after thought, with the black trim on the doors, the kit does have Oettinger stamped into it, cheers for some insight.

hrmm that is interesting , not shore if its factory fitted as far as i know the v6 had a sport package that had oettinger parts but dont know on the v5 , maybe it had those parts added on ?

Hey, I have a V5 Oettinger Bora that I am about to put on the market if your interested. I have owned it foir 3 years now but need a bigger car to tow with so I need to buy a T4 or smiliar. It was originally sold in Queensland were I bought it from.

Yes they were factory fitted as far as I can determine, and yes they were fitted with a coil over suspension kit that are branded as Oettinger as they are on my car. It came with the body kit, suspension, exhaust, wheels and tyres, possibly even chipped, as mine seems to go faster than others I have driven, but may have been done by previous owner, not sure on that one.
