Handling?

Its a street/drag car. It's only built to go straight.

& he actually drives this car more than most of the people on this forum who have there pride & joy's!

For what its worth though, it has brand new HG 6cyl. front springs & Pedders 90/10 in the front

Brand new rear leaf springs (not old crummy reset ones) & Pedders 50/50 shocks in the back.

The ride is smooth as.

Brakes are also new all round too incl. my old HJ V8 brake setup on the front & new HQ style setup on the back.

Theres nothing wrong with ol-skool suspension design & setup. I've seen stock standard suspension (springs) in a torana LH run a 9.4 with a only a set of Pedders 90/10's & 50/50's!

You wont see any VW run that time without major work! You wont see a VW run a 13 without suspension mods I reckon!

Very very clean car with a great restoration. I love the old cars with new tech drivetrains but stockish exterior.

Cheers, but there nothing new tech about it. Its all old school stuff that been around for years. Its just about getting the combination right.

I was finally able to drive this with my friend & he went alittle white after a 40km/h rolling powerskid of about 150m playing with it. (no brakes either!)

Its very hard to here the sound this makes, as its just distortion on video.
Nothing beats hearing it in real life.

Just have to go to the drags one night & here one very angry drag car that runs a mid-high 10 & that's what this sounds like.
