love it!!!!!
Why the hot pink? It doesnt go at all with your Blue/Black colour scheme?!
Scirocco R - Candy White, Sat Nav,tinted windows, H&R Springs, 19x9 ETA BETA Tettsut X Black rims.
Audi S3 Sedan - Riviera Blue Exclusive paint, PP2, H&R Super Sport springs
Looks awesome!! Might have to do something similar to my car haha
2014 Golf GTI PP - Pure White
More of the same, really need to find a new location for photos, but... ..shenanigans!!
Edit: Went to go lower on the fronts the other day. No dice, as when I go lower it cambers more and the top of the tyre hits the coil. That wasn't a fun hour and a half, raising and lowering the car on a dinky ass jack out in the street (couldn't do it in my garage as the car scrapes enough as is going down the curb, let alone after lowering it more) like 8 times. So at the moment it's sitting fronts 23.7" fender to ground, rears 24" fender to ground. I want my rears lower, I've taken the adjustment rings off the perches, would it be safe to take the perches out altogether? I think that'll get me sitting just perfect!
However, I figure the way to get around the tyre-hitting-coil issue is to get spacers! Looking at H&R DRA 30mm for the rears and 20mm for the fronts (the DRA's are bolt on, so I wouldn't need to buy longer bolts). The extra space between the wheel and the coil would give me the clearance I need. If I were to buy those 30mm spacers, would it be two 15mm spacers to widen the track by 30mm? Or would it be two 30mm spacers to widen the track by 60mm? Hoping for the latter!

how do you do those sort of pics? was looking at them the other day.
usually if they say a pair of 15mm spacers, its 15mm each side = 30mm over all
do you want the tyre to arch gap smaller? or just the car lower to the ground?
if you want the first of the two just put some more common sized rubber on (215/40/18s for example) the extra profile will fill up the gap.
Breaking the 24" club = just low enough on Vortex (what the!)
Sweet photo, and gotta say those wheels are pretty rad!

Using a car rig that my friend and I built. Two suction cups attach a boom arm to the bonnet (or anywhere on the car, really), then the camera is attached to the end of the boom arm. Photoshop the boom arm out and you're gravy.
I guess I'd like the gap smaller, but increasing the rolling diameter would mean I'd need to get my speedo recalibrated, yes?
Yay![]()
nar, your tyres are already miles undersized if i recall (215/35/18s????) to have similar to stock rolling diameter you need 225/40/18s
even then with the bigger tyres your speedo will still ready under (I have 215/40/18s and mines like 7% too slow)
ahhh cool! thanks, will have to investigate more.
