Why oh why would anyone want to do that to a car and make it looks like that?

Oh I forgot to add. Nice job on the cleaning and the photos.
Importantly did you remember to clean all the hidden spots such as the door sills and around the edges of the inside of the doors and the top of the roof underneath where the hatch lifts up? Also did you give the interior a good vacuum and wipe down too?
I always love a nice clean car. It's just a shame they get dirty again so quickly.
    Good stuff.
    Cheers,
    Trent

Its still looking shmick this morning which is surprising cos it got pretty cold here last night..

hahaha yes i cleaned the door jams and under the rear spoiler too.. under the back bumper where the number plate is, interior got a nice wipe down with some autoglym interior/exterior spray, as did the front guard, rear valance and side skirts.. It smells nice and citrusy!!

Thanks for all the comments i love me a clean car too!

But you own a car thats really quite low to the ground, whose wheels often dip into the arches under bumps and even normal driving. I think you need to get acquainted with a higher car and the Polo's do sit quite high from the factory.

I've got H & R springs in my MK5 GTI and i think that they are sensational. the ride didnt seem to be affected in any way and the car sit flatter through corners. Win win if you ask me. i only lowered the car by 20mm so not sure how much the ride would be affected if you went lower.
