    No I haven't. I didn't think they did the 1.9 TDI!

Well done mate. Nice TDI. Good luck with new born baby diesel, and keep it clean.

The lowest the trip computer went on the shortish drive home. Note the fuel guage....delivered with a full tank of diesel!!

    Home.

Took "Klaus" for a drive up the Freeway to Hahndorf for drinks & a meal. Trip computer got down to 5.5 L/100kms on the way home.

Have to say I have been very well looked after by Kate & Solitaire. I had an issue with the cruise control that had been fitted, and to their great credit, will do the changes I suggested at their expence (which they didn't expect to have to pay for and could very easily have said NO).

I have to say it was the icing on the cake.....they get my recommendations.

Very happy. Can't get the smile off Julia's face (earned me alot of brownie points )

Found it difficult to come to grips with the extra power/torque (tyres struggled for grip turning from Portrush Rd onto Glen Osmond Rd (Freeway).

After 11 years of 62 KW, 2.0L T4 Transporter, and 9 months of 55 KW Polo, this Golf GOES!! At first I wished we'd got the 2.0 TDI, but more than happy with the 1.9 TDI.

Going to Goolwa today, after we watch the new Quantas A380 come in. Give it a bit up the hills . Geeeee this is GREAT!!

    1.9 TDI rules

Our lowest was 0.0l per 100km coming down the hill lol

Once its legs are stretched you will regularly get low to mid 5s on long drives and around town my Mum averages around 7ish.

The good thing about the 1.9 TDI is it does not have too much power; Mum has already got 2 speeding fines
