nice cars mate, how do you find the noise of the AR1's for a daily drive?
My two toys.
R33 Skyline with RB25/30DET (DOHC 3.0L turbo six) with everything. All the original bits replaced with upgraded bits or new OEM. Lots of power, good brakes, suspension, fancy forged ADVAN wheels, Yokohama AO50 semi-slicks, Nismo GT-Pro diff', IQ3 dash (about to be replaced by a Motec C125) 900ish HP
2013 Scirocco R with Stage 2+ and a few extra bits here and there. Shod with Nankang AR1 semi-slicks to /make the most of the extra go.
Current: 2013 Candy White Scirocco R (Stage 3+ 272.2kW @ wheels) 2008 Yellow MK5 GTI Pirelli (Stage 1 custom tune 191.1kW @ wheels vs. 143.3kW dead stock) 1994 R33 Skyline (627kW @ wheels)

Thanks guile. I have used a large range of semi slicks over the years on both my daily and toys and there is no doubt the AR1 is one of the noisiest, if not the noisiest. I'm used to it now and the sound deadening muffles most of it. I had NS2Rs in the 120TW option on my old RS Meg and they weren't as noisy, not the same grip though.
