Thinking about buying some of those camber shims (1.5deg or so?) to tuck the rear wheels in a bit more...anyone got any feedback on using them/tyre use etc?

i demand moar pics!!!!

to get the best FATNESS effect, you need to stand really far back and have the camera level with the numberplate ;) zoom in if need be

I'd say camber shims, one section narrower on the back and coils like you are planning and you'll be able to get that sucer down and looking more perfect than it already is :)

Tyre wear will be increased on the outside, wear it is noticeable.

One might suggest you not sell the GTI wheels and tyres if you run these out hard and quick. Though I can imagine it getting thrown around TOO much as it is so you may still get good life out of them...
